NUMERASYNC LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates Numerasync, an email automation platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, which third parties help us operate the service, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, password hash for password-based accounts, workspace membership, and account verification status.
• Authentication and security data: email verification records, password reset requests, login/session data, and policy acceptance timestamps.
• Google OAuth data: if you choose to sign in or create an account with Google, or if you connect Gmail, we receive your Google account email address, Google account identifier, granted scopes, and OAuth tokens needed to authenticate your account or keep the connection active.
• Billing and subscription information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, we may process billing-related information such as your plan, subscription status, renewal or cancellation dates, Stripe customer identifier, and related transaction or invoice status. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Email activity data: email delivery logs and basic engagement data such as email opens, clicks, read events, timestamps, and clicked target URLs.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser or device information, and similar technical data generated when you use the site.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Create and secure user accounts, including account verification and password reset
• Allow you to sign in or create an account with Google when you choose that option
• Operate workspace features such as invites and linked accounts
• Send account and service-related communications
• Send email through a connected Gmail account when you authorize that connection
• Measure product usage and email engagement, including open, click, and read tracking analytics
• Prevent fraud, abuse, spam, unauthorized access, and other misuse
• Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations

3. Google API Data

If you choose to sign in with Google, create an account with Google, or connect Gmail, we use Google API data only to provide those user-facing authentication and Gmail features you request. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use Google user data for advertising. You can disconnect a linked Google account from the app and request deletion of associated data by contacting us.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell personal data. We share personal information only as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights.

• Email delivery providers: to send account and service-related communications.
• Google: if you choose to sign in with Google, connect Gmail, or send email through your connected Google account.
• Payment processors and billing providers: to manage subscriptions, payments, invoices, and related billing operations.
• Vendors that support our infrastructure, hosting, security, analytics, and customer support operations.

5. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account security, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We may delete or anonymize data that is no longer needed.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict some processing.
